Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus joined Chairman of the Legislature Steve Brescia, community leaders and representatives from the Orange County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) for a tour of Warwick’s developing CBD Industry.
The tour included the CBD manufacturing portion of the IDA’s Orange County Accelerator. The contingent included Michael Sweeton, Warwick Town Supervisor, Thomas Corlett, Senator Martucci’s District Director, community activist James Rollins, and Orange County IDA Board Member Denise Quinn and Managing Director Vincent Cozzolino. The group stopped at Farm Body, which makes CBD based soaps and moisturizers, and is owned by Cindy Allen. Farm Body is the first of many small businesses to be located in the newly renovated historic Manor House. Additional stops were made at Kaycha Labs and the future location of Urban Extracts also located in the Warwick CBD Park.
